Unlicensed Driver Circles Victim's Car Holding Gun After Argument In Arlington: Police

A 36-year-old man driving on a suspended license was arrested for antagonizing another person with a gun after an assault inside of an Arlington business, police said.

Kelvin Gonzalez-Rivas had been arguing with another person inside of a business on the 3100 block of Langston Boulevard around 11:50 a.m. Friday, March 1, county police said.

Both parties left the business and got into their respective vehicles, when Gonzalez-Rivas began circling the other person's car holding what appeared to be a firearm, authorities said. Then, he fled the area.

Responding officers found identified Gonzalez-Rivas as a suspect, found him, and arrested him.He was charged with Brandishing and Driving while DUI Suspended. He was held without bond.
